  •     Bill and I celebrated our 2nd Anniversary on April 12th!  I can't believe it's been that long already!  God is *SO* Good!  Although Bill had to work during the day, I had a wonderful day relaxing at the beach, going swimming with my sisters at Siesta Key Suites, and having some general fun in the sun!   Then, that night, Bill and I got to celebrate by going out to the Melting Pot for dinner, and then to see "Meet the Robinsons"  (which I proceeded to fall asleep during, due to all the busy activities of the day. lol -- O well...)   It was a very wonderful, special and memorable Anniversary!  -- Thank you for everything, handsome.... I love you!! <3

        We returned to our wedding location (Marie Selby Botanical Gardens), to have our annual anniversary [family] picture taken.   The following photos were taken by our good firend, Sunday School teacher,  fellow youth worker & wedding photographer,  Mr. Mark Jellema! (and hair compliments of my talented sister, Heather! ) -- Enjoy!!!



                   


    In Other News....

    We are very excited to announce, that we are 
    expecting our first blessing on     August 6th, 2007!
    A baby GIRL!! --
    pregnancy week by week

    She does have a name, but we aren't telling...
    you'll have to wait for that announcement!
    (We call her "Precious")

    As far as my pregnancy goes, everything has been GREAT!
     I have LOVED being pregnant, and my midwife says
    I am the epitome of a perfect pregnancy! Yay!

  • The Things I Love about Bill...

    A while back (when we were first courting).... Bill made up a list of  "101Reasons Why I Love Tiffany..." (basically listing all the reaons/things he loves most about me)... and then posted them on our website! ::awww::  ~ For some time now,  I have been saying to myself:  'I should make up a list, giving the reasons I love him!' ... but, sadly, I never got around to it. :: 

    So now.... without any further ado...   in honor of my wonderful hubby, and our 1½ year anniversary, on October 12th...  I present to you, my list!  (I know there are not 101.... but I guarantee that they all come directly from the heart! Heart)

          Some Things I Love about Bill (in no particular order)...
    1. He works hard to provide for me
    2. He makes me laugh.... all the time!!
    3. He knows no stranger
    4. He always is thinking of others' needs first
    5. He loves the Lord
    6. He loves to give of himself (time, love etc.)
    7. He is amazingly smart
    8. He emboldens me, to always be improving upon myself
    9. He encourages me to reach for the stars
    10. He brightens even the dreariest of days!
    11. He brings out the best in me
    12. He knows *just* how to make me happy...  
    13. He completes me!
      (go ahead & read between the lines on those last two if you wish...)

    14. He's strong when I'm weak
    15. He holds my hand when we are walking along...
    16. ...and I know I can count on him to be by my side, holding my hand, no matter what life may bring our way.
    17. He puts huis arm around me when we are sitting...
    18. He can be *very* romantic!
    19. He is awesome with computers
    20. He tells me he loves me.
    21. He is my special gift from the Lord!
    22. He's not ashamed of me... and makes that known to everyone!
    23. He tells me I am beautiful!
    24. He is *great* with little kids/babies!
    25. He is very animated!
    26. He knows how to make me smile.... no matter how down I am
    27. He's willing to do some things, I want to do.... even if it's not all that interesting to him.
    28. He's immature (in a good way -  everyone [esp.kids] love him!!) and fun!
    29. He says cheezy stuff to me, just to make me smile/laugh
    30. He runs his fingers through my hair.
    31. He gazes into my eyes with such love!
    32. He sings me songs from random, that prob'ly seem silly to everyone else...  but totally melt my heart!
    33. He acts normal around everyone, and doesn't try to be someone he's not
    34.  He sneaks up behind me and hugs me/cuddles me/etc.
    35. He holds me quietly when I need to cry... and listens attentively if I want to talk
    36. He does little things for me, that let me know he loves me in a *BIG*  way!!
    37. He has this *awesome* twinkle in his eye!
    38. He can be quite spontaneous
    39. He treats me like his princess (and calls me one too!)
    40. He opens doors for me.... most of the time! :-p
    41. He doesn't mind spending time with my friends and me.
    42. He sends me little notes (IM's) throughout the day, to let me know he's thinking about me!
    43. He remembers all those fun little facts about things [like movies, etc]
    44. He has a *great* smile!!
    45. He stands up for me, and makes me feel protected
    46. When I cry, he kisses my tears away
    47. He tells me he appreciates me.
    48. He picks out songs that made him think of me 
    49.  He would do pretty much anything for me
    50. He is a great kisser!
    51. He does special things for me, when I am having a bad day.
    52. He puts up with me when I am stubborn, ornery and difficult
    53. He forgives my faults
    54. He is almost always high-spirited, and upbeat
    55. One look or comment from him, and it *really* hard to stay mad at him!  
    56. He tries his best to be precise and accurate in everything he says & does.
    57. He takes time to explain things to me, when I don't understand something, and he does it without making me feel dumb.
    58. He loves to make other people laugh!
    59. He is the life of a party
    60. There is never a dull moment....
    61. He loves music
    62. He is very good at playing the guitar
    63. He is totally handsome!!!!!
    64. He is my hero
    65. He is my best-friend!!!

  • (My last two profile updates, on another site I am on)

    ~:~ Wow! I can't believe it's been a whole year already!! ~:~


    and are lovin' every bit of married life!


            Currently, Bill is working for Tru-Trim Inc. doing landscape maintenance, design, and installation. He still desires to get into the computer field, but is patiently waiting for the Lord to open that door. He has finished off his one-year contract with Tru-Trim, and is working there on a month-by-month basis, free to leave (with a two-week notice) whenever a computer position comes available! He has had several interviews over the last several weeks.... one of which looks VERY promising!... So now we down to the hard part.... the waiting! We both know that Lord has the perfect opportunity in store for him... now it's just a matter of time, prayer, and faith! I must tell you, I really admire my hubby, for what he is doiWow!ng! Landscaping (or any physical job, for that mater) is not his 1st choice of work, yet he diligently continues on, with very little complaining. He has been such an awesome example of patience, as well as contentment with what the Lord has provided us! I am so challenged and VERY blessed!

            As for me, I spend my days keeping the house, and doing [what seems like] the never-ending stream of laundry. Over the past ten-months, I have been battling Mono, which seems to come back hard, with every little bug I catch. So I have to be careful not to over due myself (yeah, right...) and get plenty of sleep. I teach piano lessons piano lessons out of my home every Friday, and am also the full-time pianist/ accompanist for our Church, Liberty Baptist. I also work at West Florida Christian school from 3-6 every afternoon, in the Extended-Care program... as well as Sub teach (on as-needed Basis) for grades K-3 through the 2nd grade! I love it!!! In EC, I can have anywhere from 40-75 kids at a time; ranging in age from K-4 up trough the 4th grade. Talk about some chaos! LoL! Really though, I like to look at it as a sort of adventure..... as you just never know what those little stinkers are going to do or say next! It's crazy! LoL.

             As a couple, you'll most likely find us hangin' out with friends & family, doing something around the church, doing something on/with the computer, taking pictures, etc. Our newest venture has been taking video & pictures at events, and then editing it into video presentations. We have done several for church, one for our friends' wedding, and have just been asked by a friend-of-a-friend if we would do their wedding! Most of them are for TnT events, , though. "TNT" (Teens in Training) is the name of our Church's Youth Group. We meet every Weds. night for Bible study, game time, bible-quizzing, etc.; once-twice a month for service/ fun activities; and once a month for door2door canvassing! Bill and I are two of eight leaders; and in our small group time, each average about a half-dozen teens. We are also part of the Young Adults class, and are getting ready to help start a Wednesday night, Young Adults bible study!

    So, all in all... the Lord is SO good, life is great, and being married is fabulous!

            Wow!  It's been a nearly 90-days since I last updated!How do I know that it's been nearly 90-days, you wonder? (and no, I did not look at the date)... I know because Bill has almost been at his new job, for 90-days! That's right... Just a few days after I last updated, CSI networks -- the company he has been trying to get with, ever since he returned from HQ -- called him about working in their web department: Webs the Limit! He went in for an interview the next day... and two days later they called him back for a repeat visit (to which they said they would give him a 90-day trial and then re-evaluate from there)! Well, here is it.... that time is nearly up, and they have not only commented on their plans of keeping him around... but have also offered to pay for him to take more certifications (so he has lots of opportunity to grow and expand in his expertise!), and are also talking about getting him a cell-phone -- free to use for personal use, and (the best part) under the same provider as we already have!! God is SO good!

            As for me, please keep me in your prayers, as there seem to be alot of unplanned changes happening for me right now. (which is not my favorite thing in the world!) One of these changes is that I have decided NOT to continue working at the school, next year. It was a hard decision.. but my hubby and I both feel it is in my best interest. My family is preparing to move to KY in Sept (another change), and at that point, I will begin watching the 10- month-old they care for. I will have him Monday-Friday from 8:15am-5:30pm.

            Other than that, life is good.... Bill and I have now been married for 15 months (comin' up on that year and a half mark)! And I L-O-V-E it! We are still both active at church and are gearing up for this years VBS. (Space Wars!) It's going to be fun... and interestin! For more frequent updates, see: my blog!
